PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT
for the provision of services for conducting a freediving training course
“Freediving Journey to Mauritius”
Olga Alexandrovna Rodnova, a freediving instructor certified by the Molchanovs system (Certificate No. 166), hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor,” on the one hand, offers any individual (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) who wishes to take part in the freediving training course “Journey to Mauritius” to enter into this Public Offer Agreement for the provision of training services.
This agreement does not require signing. The Client accepts the terms of this Offer and the Privacy Policy by submitting an application, which constitutes acceptance of this Offer.

Terms and Definitions
Client – an individual aged 18 or older, legally capable of entering into contractual relations, who has accepted this Offer.
Public Offer (Offer / Agreement) – a proposal containing all essential terms, expressing the intention to conclude an agreement with anyone who accepts it.
Acceptance – the Client’s agreement to the Offer, including actions such as submitting an application or making payment.
Website – https://freemauritius.tilda.ws/join, where information about the services is published.
Agreement – the accepted Offer between the Client and the Contractor.
Application – a request submitted by the Client via the Website to participate in the course.
Service Fee – the cost of services listed on the Website.
Freediving Instructor – a certified professional with relevant training, knowledge, and experience in safe freediving practices.

1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. The Contractor provides services by organizing and conducting a freediving training course “Journey to Mauritius” in accordance with Molchanovs standards, the Client’s Application, and the scope defined in Appendix No. 2.
The course takes place in the Republic of Mauritius. The Client agrees to participate, accept the services, and pay in full. The Contractor provides training services only.
1.2. Upon the Client’s request, the Contractor may arrange additional services (accommodation, transfers, etc.) through third parties. These services are paid separately by the Client.
1.3. Submission of an Application constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement.
1.4. To use the services, the Client must select a course, review the terms, submit an Application, and receive confirmation.
1.5. The service period is agreed individually with each Client.
1.6. Acceptance of the Offer confirms the Client’s legal capacity and age (18+).

2. Rights and Obligations
2.1. Contractor обязуется:
• Properly organize and deliver services
• Conduct training sessions according to schedule
• Respect the Client
• Inform the Client if participation is not advisable due to health or other reasons
• Notify of schedule changes at least 7 days in advance
2.2. Client обязуется:
• Pay for services on time
• Attend all sessions
• Provide medical clearance if requested
• Have valid sports insurance covering freediving
• Follow safety rules and instructions
• Respect staff and property
• Compensate for any damage caused
• Avoid participation when unwell
2.3. Contractor вправе:
• Adjust prices due to inflation or cost changes
2.4. Client вправе:
• Request information about services and schedule
• Use provided equipment during training

3. Payment Terms
3.1. The Client pays:
• Training cost (as listed on the Website)
• Additional services provided by third parties
3.2. Prices are listed on the Website.
3.3. A deposit is required to secure a spot:
• 55% of the training cost
• 55% of additional services
3.4. Refund policy:
• Full refund if canceled 91+ days before the course
• 25% refund if canceled 61–90 days before
• No refund if canceled less than 60 days before
3.5. The deposit must be paid within 10 days after submitting the Application.
3.6. Remaining payment:
• Paid in euros on the first day or via transfer 2 weeks before arrival

4. Changes and Termination
• The Agreement may be updated and published on the Website
• May be terminated by mutual agreement
• Contractor may cancel with 30 days’ notice
• Immediate termination possible in case of violations
• Force majeure may terminate the Agreement

5. Liability
• Missed sessions are not compensated
• Client is responsible for health condition and insurance
• Contractor is not liable for:
– injuries due to rule violations
– third-party actions
– lost personal belongings
– health issues unrelated to training
– force majeure situations
• Client assumes all risks associated with freediving
• No refunds for program changes due to weather or external factors
• Misconduct may lead to removal without refund

6. Term of Agreement
The Agreement becomes effective upon acceptance and remains valid until all services are completed.

7. Force Majeure
In case of unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, war, government restrictions, etc.), either party may terminate the Agreement.

• Hotel accommodation (3★, breakfast/dinner)
• Transfers and boat rentals
• Local guides
• Whale watching (3 trips)
• Buoy sessions (2)
• La Vanille Park
• Hiking (7 waterfalls)
• Cocoa plantation visit
• Rum factory and tasting
• Chamarel waterfall and Seven Colored Earth
Paid separately by the Client:
• Flights
• Restaurants and meals outside the hotel
• Insurance
• Equipment rental

Appendix No. 2 – Training Program
• Freediving course and briefing
• 2 buoy sessions (weather permitting)
• At least 3 sessions including stretching, meditation, and breathing practices
• Equalization workshop
• Lecture on marine mammals
